Step 1 – ParentsWeb
It is absolutely essential that you gain access to your ParentsWeb account through the RenWeb portal before the start of school! ParentsWeb houses student grades, logs daily attendance, shows lesson plans and homework, discipline reports, and allows for the school to email you your child’s interim reports and report cards.

Step 2 – SMART Tuition
All payments for tuition and fees are facilitated through a SMART Tuition account for each family. The Enrollment Services Center activates an account for each student upon acceptance to the school.
Step 3 – Emergency Medical Authorization
We are required by law to have an updated Emergency Medical Authorization form for every student at the start of the new school year. Please complete a new form and upon completion, you may email it to our Enrollment Services Center at firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 4 – Transportation Services
The following public school districts provide busing for our students:
Columbus City Schools
Canal Winchester Local Schools
Groveport Madison Local Schools
If you need transportation services from one of these districts, click below to complete your transportation application. Please email your completed form to our Transportation Coordinator, Mrs. Jen Bass via email at email@example.com
Note: Mrs. Bass will be available during Warrior Welcome Days to assist with route information.
Step 5 – Food Services
All lunch payments will be processed through MySchoolAccount.com or by contacting the MAC Café directly this year. Please take a few minutes to set up an account for your child
. No payments will be processed through the Enrollment Services Center this year.

. If you qualified for benefits last year, and you wish to continue using those benefits, you are required to submit a new application this year to determine eligibility, per the program guidelines.

Students will receive their PIN numbers for their individual lunch accounts on the first day of school.
Note: Mrs. Johnson will be available during Warrior Welcome Days to assist you with any questions.
Step 6 – ID Badges
Only students in grades 7-12 require an official school identification badge. To streamline this process, we will take pictures and print badges during the first week of school.
Step 7 – Internet Usage & Bring-Your-Own-Device Policy Agreement
Students in Grades 7-12 are authorized to bring their own technology devices to school – this includes cell phones. In order to be used during the school day, a signed Bring-Your-Own-Device Policy Agreement must be on file with the office.

Step 8 – Parent/Guardian Cooperation Agreement
We love our parents! We kindly ask that you submit a Parent/Guardian Cooperation Agreement Form each year. Our main goal is that we ask for your continued prayer throughout the year as we continue to raise the standard!
Step 9 – Additional Parent Information
Prep Shop Hours – Monday-Friday from 10:00am-3:00pm through August 15, 2018.
Step 10 – Parent/Student Handbook
The student-parent handbook is only available online this year.
Step 11 – Lockers, Schedules, Teacher Assignments
Students in grades 7-12 will receive their locker assignments and student schedules during Warrior Welcome Day.
Students in grades P3-6 will receive their teacher assignment during Warrior Welcome Day.
Step 12 – Extended Care Options
Please be reminded that Warrior Welcome Day ONLINE does not take the place of the traditionally scheduled Warrior Welcome Days. The online option is designed to help expedite necessary documentation and allow our families to move directly into the teacher meet-and-greet portion of the events. Teachers will be available during all scheduled Warrior Welcome Day events and we HIGHLY encourage all parents/guardians and students to meet their teachers during this time! Students are also welcome to bring in their school supplies to leave in their desks and/or lockers.
Students in P3-Grade 12 have the opportunity to participate in our Extended Care Program before and/or after school.
